Terms and Conditions of the £20,000 Dream Holiday competition
Entry to the competition will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entering the competition
- The competition is not open to:
- employees of Worldwide Hole ‘N One Limited or their close relatives
- Contestants must:
- be residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
- be 18 years of age or over;
- have a valid passport.
- In order to make a valid entry to the competition a contestant must:
- pay £5 per entry;
- enter the personal details required on The Chapel Hub website or an official entry form including a valid email address or telephone number;
- indicate whether they agree to publicity in the event that they win the prize.
It is the contestant’s responsibility to ensure that the email address or telephone number submitted is correct.
- Wheathampstead Chapel Community Hub will not use for marketing purposes any of the data collected for this competition.
- A contestant may submit no more than 10 entries.
- Wheathampstead Chapel Community Hub accepts no responsibility for:
- entries not successfully completed because of a technical fault or malfunction or computer hardware or software failure of any kind;
- entries not completed for any reason or lost, corrupt, incomplete or fraudulent entries.
- The competition runs from 27 May 2023 and closes on 9 July 2023, both dates inclusive.
- The decision of Wheathampstead Chapel Community Hub regarding any aspect of this competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Claiming the prize
- A prize winner:
- will be notified by email or telephone by the end of July 2023;
- must confirm acceptance of the prize within 28 days thereof or the prize will be forfeited.
- A prize winner must book the prize within one year of having been first notified that they have won the prize, and the holiday must be taken within two years of such notification.
- The prize is available only in the form of a holiday booked with 2by2Holidays or Auriel Holidays, and the persons taking the holiday must include the prize winner unless agreed otherwise by 2by2Holidays or Auriel Holidays.
- A prize winner may subject to availability select the destination and duration of the holiday provided that:
- the cost is equal to or less than the value of the prize, or
- the prize winner pays any amount in excess of the value of the prize.
- A prize winner may not claim cash as their prize in lieu of the holiday or as part of the prize.
- If the prize winner does not spend all of the prize money on the holiday, the excess amount may be transferred to someone else provided that it is spent on a holiday booked with 2by2Holidays or Auriel Holidays. In all other circumstances the prize is not transferable to another person and may not be sold.
- The prize may not be spent on goods and services that cannot be purchased from 2by2Holidays or Auriel Holidays.
- Any holiday is subject to the terms and conditions applying to holidays booked with 2by2Holidays or Auriel Holidays.
